Anshuman completed his PhD at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore on Ti-based anode materials for rechargeable batteries and hybrid-ion capacitors. He joined CSE in September 2021 and has been exploring new electrode and electrolyte materials for non-aqueous and solid-state batteries. You can contact him on Linkedin.

Nilanka M. Keppetipola obtained his PhD from the University de Bordeaux (France) in March 2023, focused on integrated devices based on supercapacitors and solar cells. He joined CSE in June 2023 and has been working on EQCM techniques to understand the dynamics of ion transfer at the electrode/electrolyte interface. You can contact him on Linkedin.

Dr Karla NEGRETE

Karla completed her PhD at Drexel University in Philadelphia in August 2025, where she developed electrochemical fluorescence microscopy, a rapid technique for characterizing battery electrodes. Shortly after, she joined CSE to investigate the predictive potential of optical signals for battery prognosis and diagnostics. You can contact her on Linkedin.

Dr Pratima KUMARI

Pratima completed her PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India, where her research focused on the development of solid-state sodium batteries, with particular emphasis on electrolyte design and composite cathode modification. She joined CSE in December 2025 and is currently working on optimizing room-temperature solid-state sodium batteries using sulfide-based electrolytes. You can contact her on Linkedin.

Dr Adrien FAUCHIER MAGNAN

Adrien completed his PhD at LEPMI in Grenoble, where he studied the transport properties of all-solid-state composite electrodes. In December 2025, he joined CSE to work on the characterisation of battery interfaces using EQCM. You can contact him on Linkedin.

Dr Murugasenapathi N K

Murugasenapathi N K obtained his PhD from CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi, India, in 2025, where his research focused on in situ and operando spectroelectrochemical investigations of electrochemical interfaces, with particular emphasis on Raman, SHINERS and TERS techniques. He joined CSE in January 2026 as a postdoctoral researcher and is currently working on SPR-TFBG-based optical fiber sensing for battery diagnostics in electric vehicles, aiming at real-time monitoring of electrochemical and interfacial processes in energy storage systems.
